Joshua Cole is an extremely resourseful person having set up a voluntary service for people with complex mental health problems and managed that service for at least 3years. That is how I met Joshua as I provide clinical supervision for practitioners (Including Joshua) who work for the organisation. He is very hard working and commited to the service and to the people who benefit from it. Many of his inovative ideas have been developed and he has gained confidence in his ability to communicate with people at all levels. indeed it would be impossible to maintain the level of activity needed to keep this service going without a high level of motivation and commitment.

Joshua has embarked on courses that demand self discipline in recent years and has not allowed any personal health issues to prevent him from maintaining high standards in his work and general interaction with others..I have always found Joshua to be honest, courteous and pleasantly out going.
